Kimonos were quite popular amongst some of the top fashion bloggers this summer. The kimono trend has been going strong for a while, but I haven't seen anyone wear a real kimono yet. The second picture is from topshops lookbook, and I belive that we will see this silhouette a lot from SS11 and onward, and there will also be a lot of "wetsuit" inspired items. I started the hunt for a real kimono a couple of months ago, and I belive that I have found the right one. The problem is that real kimonos are quite expencive, but oh my how I look forward to get one!
What is your opinion about the kimono? Would you wear it?
Kimonoer var ganske populære blant de største motebloggerne i sommer. Selv om kimonotrenden (kjoler etc formet litt som kimonoer) har jeg fremdeles ikke sett en ekte kimono på noen. Jeg har lett og lett i flere måneder etter en perfekt autentisk kimono, og tror endelig at jeg har funnet den.
